At the start of any project, we offer a no-cost, no-obligation consultation meeting. This allows us to determine what your business needs and how we can help you.
In all cases, our aim is to work closely with you, working with your team to achieve the objectives that have been set; and ultimately to leave new skills in place at the end of the project so that the work can continue ‘in house’ when our input comes to an end. Or, if you need us to, we can take a problem away and just deal with it – it depends on your priorities and pressures. When our contract with your business is over, we will remain available for an agreed period to provide support if you need it.
We are happy to work at your business location, or remotely, using our own space and resources with contact by telephone or email; or most usually, to use a mixture of the two.
We tailor our approach to costs based on your needs and the time your project will take. Because of this, our fees may be billed by way of a Monthly Retainer, an agreed Daily Rate or a single Quoted Project price. Our costs are transparent, we are flexible and productive and our clients get real value for money.
Measurement is also a key philosophy at Zebroid. We always aim to measure what we do to demonstrate success. If you cannot measure what is done, then how can you know it works? We expect to report to you on a regular basis so that you know what is being achieved at any and every stage of our work with you.
